David J. Martini, MD, FACS

“I decided to pursue a career in medicine because I always thought the field would be personally and professionally rewarding for me. After earning my medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, I completed several years of specialized training in general surgery. When I made the decision to focus my practice exclusively on breast care, I also made a commitment to provide my patients with the highest level of care possible. By staying at the forefront of my field, I am able to offer patients the newest, most effective biopsy and surgical procedures available.

“In addition, I believe the secret to successful treatment is a well-informed patient. I will spend whatever time is necessary to explain your condition and treatment options in simple, easy-to-understand language. I will explain everything I do and encourage you to ask questions. Of course, my staff and I will always provide you with the utmost compassion, empathy and support. As my patient, you deserve nothing less.”
